Refund policy

This says the same thing as the box you tick at checkout: This is a digital file delivered immediately. By ticking the box you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. Our own refund policy is separate from that and the download does not end it: you can still write to us and ask, and a person reads it.

The Exit Test is not on the automatic refund path. A person reads every one of these. Its checkout does not carry the information the automatic path needs to work out a price, so no program decides it.

Before you download

You have not received anything yet. Mail [email protected] from the address you paid with and a person reads it and replies. No program refunds this by itself, so we are not promising you an outcome or a day.

After you download

Having the file is not our reason to say no. The box you ticked ends the 14-day right of withdrawal and that is all it does. It is not our refund policy, it does not stop you asking, and the same address answers you.

The cases we expect to put right

These are the ones we do not argue about. A person still reads each one and decides it, because no program refunds this kit, so treat the list as what we try to do and not as a promise:

Lost your download link

Download links last 24 hours by design. Reloading the page you landed on after paying issues a fresh one whenever you need it. Nothing re-sends a link by itself, so if you no longer have that page, a person has to look your order up.

How to ask

Mail [email protected] from the address you paid with, and give the date of the charge and the amount. From any other address we cannot match you to a payment, so it waits for a person.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live, and you can always raise the charge with your bank.
