Mind of Granite — our application registered as "mindofgranite" (the "App") — produces short-form behavioral-science and decision-making content, published primarily on YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Mind of Granite ("we," "us," "our") also offers the Council — a digital decision-guidance experience in which AI-generated personas, inspired by history's great minds and accomplished people, respond to a decision you describe. This website is the home and companion for that work.
By accessing or using this website or the Council, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The Council and all of our content are provided for reflection, education, and entertainment only. They are not professional, financial, investment, legal, medical, or psychological advice, and no advisor–client or similar relationship is created. The "advisors" are stylized AI interpretations, not the real individuals, and may be wrong. Decisions you make remain entirely your own responsibility.
Some features (such as a full Council ruling) may be offered for a one-time fee, shown to you at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown. We do not sell subscriptions; every purchase is a one-time payment.
Council rulings are not on the automatic refund path. A person reads every one of these. Mail [email protected] from the address you paid with and a person reads it and replies. No program refunds this by itself, so we are not promising you an outcome or a day.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site, and no submitting others' personal information without their consent.
The site, content, and the Council experience are ours or our licensors'. Personas are stylized AI interpretations and do not represent endorsement by any real person. You keep ownership of the text you submit; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service.
We link to third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram) and may include affiliate links, where we could earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mind of Granite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months (which may be zero).
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.
