Ask for a refund and we give it back, up to what you paid. You do not have to say why, and you do not have to send anything back. Having downloaded the file makes no difference. A few cases stop the automatic path and wait for a person, and every one of them is listed below.
Mail [email protected] from the address you paid with. A program reads that mailbox every 10 minutes, refunds up to what you paid, back to the card that paid, and then writes to you. It does not ask why, and nothing in it looks at whether you downloaded the file.
After that the money is with your bank, and how long it takes to show up there is up to the bank. We cannot see it, so we are not going to give you a number.
A refund closes the download link. If you already downloaded the file, it is yours to keep.
The second time the same buyer asks, nothing happens automatically. No money moves and no reply goes out until a person has read it. It is not a no, and it is not about you.
The automatic path also stops, with no money moved and no reply sent, when we have switched automatic sending off; we cannot find exactly one charge on your address, or we cannot read the list of charges cleanly; the charge has already been refunded, or you have disputed it with your bank; your mail comes from an address that does not match the one on the payment; we cannot read the amount of the charge, or it is not in the currency the item is priced in; nothing on the payment says what you bought, so there is no price to work from; the charge is above the price the item sells for; enough has gone back automatically in the last 24 hours to reach the daily limit we set.
Any of those, and a person reads it and decides. It is not a no. It means it is not automatic.
We are not putting a day on anything a person handles, because nothing in our system enforces one.
Council rulings, Council voice sessions, prepaid API credits and per-call API charges are not on it. Mail [email protected] and a person reads it and replies. We are not putting a day on anything a person handles, because nothing in our system enforces one. Payments made per call on a blockchain cannot be reversed once they go through.
That is their sale and their refund. Ask them, not us.
Delivering what you paid for, keeping your download link working, and keeping the records that decide a claim.
Whether the file suits your business, whether your software opens it, and how a decision you make with it turns out. None of that is a refund question, but tell us anyway. We would rather know.
Your payment record at Stripe: the amount, the date, and the address you paid with. Our own record of whether your download link was fetched, when, and how many times. Our refund log, which holds every refund made and every request held back for a person. We cannot see whether you opened the file, and we do not try to. Ask what we used to decide and we will tell you.
Download links last 24 hours by design. Reloading the page you landed on after paying issues a fresh one whenever you need it. Nothing re-sends a link by itself, so if you no longer have that page, a person has to look your order up.
Mail [email protected] from the address you paid with, and give the date of the charge and the amount. From any other address we cannot match you to a payment, so it waits for a person.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live, and you can always raise the charge with your bank.
