What you are buying

A digital file, at the price shown on the page you bought it from, once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

What it is not

These are structures for thinking and working. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial, career or mental-health advice, and nothing promises an outcome. You are responsible for what you decide.

Who it is for

Adults, 18 or over.

Delivery

Immediately after payment, as a download link on the page you land on. Download links last 24 hours by design. Reloading the page you landed on after paying issues a fresh one whenever you need it. Nothing re-sends a link by itself, so if you no longer have that page, a person has to look your order up.

Your copy

Yours to keep, print and use, for yourself. Please do not resell it or publish it. If you want to use it with a team, ask us.

Some links on these pages are affiliate links. If you buy through one we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. That is disclosed on every page that carries one, above the fold, and it never changes the price you pay.

Payment

Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe emails you a receipt. The charge shows on your statement under the account name, with the channel name after it.

Refunds and your right to withdraw

See the refund policy. It is short, and it gives you more than the checkout box asks of you: the box ends the 14-day right of withdrawal, and our own refund survives the download.

Availability

We try to keep the file downloadable. If it is not, tell us and we refund you up to what you paid. Some requests wait for a person instead, and the refund page lists every case. Governing law

Cyprus law, and nothing here removes a right you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.
